When I decided to buy a new car in 2008, I never thought I would end up with a Land Rover. I saw an LR3 online that I fell in love with, but since I lived in New York, I didn't want to waste time driving to Canton CT, without knowing I could pull it off. But to my surprise, the amazing sales agent with whom I worked with, Adrienne Leader, actually negotiated via e-mail and phone and never pressured me to come to the dealership, as others had. She did everything she could over the phone and on e-mail: financing, warranty, down payment, transferring plates, etc. Three days later, I drove to Canton, test drove the car, and bought it. I know my next car will be a Land Rover and I know I'll call Adrienne to hammer out the details. Maybe this time I'll drive up, knowing that I am assured of great service and a fantastic experience!

The experience after the sale was just as wonderful. While many dealers forget you after you buy, the folks there not only remembered us by name, but actually spent time chatting with us when we came in for service. The service department is top notch as well.
We're thinking about upgrading soon, and won't even consider going anywhere else.
